I’m a bilingual (English/German) senior learning and content strategist with 13 years of experience designing and leading strategic, cross-functional learning programmes and content projects. I often joke that I’m essentially an agency in one person — a writer, strategist, video producer, coach, and SEO enthusiast.

Over the years, I’ve worked with creative and commercial teams across many countries and industries: from film production in Namibia, to B2B SaaS marketing in Germany, to leading an online academy team in Canada.
